1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Eloq Coaching GmbH (“we” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Coaching and Training Services

Eloq Coaching GmbH provides coaching and training services, including but not limited to: training, negotiation coaching, public speaking coaching, event coordination, catering guidance, and wedding officiating. All services are subject to availability.

3. Bookings and Payment

Prices for sessions and packages are listed on our website. All prices are in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated. Payment terms are communicated upon confirmation of your booking. Group pricing may vary based on the number of participants.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee. Rescheduling is possible with at least 24 hours notice, subject to availability.

5. Confidentiality

All information shared during sessions is treated with strict confidentiality. Eloq Coaching GmbH will not disclose any personal information to third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our services support personal and professional development and are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice. Eloq Coaching GmbH is not liable for any decisions made based on the coaching relationship.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, and frameworks provided during sessions remain the property of Eloq Coaching GmbH. Reproduction or distribution without written consent is prohibited.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
